TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Mum & Me

1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions.

2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand only. Employees & their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be 18 years or over at the time of entry. Entries must be registered via the “Mum and Me” promotion page at www.interflora.co.nz to be eligible.

3. One entry only per person. No responsibility is accepted for lost or misdirected mail or email entries. Any entry not complying with these terms & conditions is invalid.

4. The promotion commences Monday 26 April 2010. Entries close 5pm on, Thursday 6th May 2010. The major prize will be drawn in the breakfast show between 6am-10am on May 7th. The draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. There is one major prize and the prize includes the following,

• Return Airfares for 2 to the Bay of Islands
• 5 nights accommodation at the Paihia Beach Resort and Spa Hotel
• $1000 worth of spa treatments
• Rental car hire
• A bottle of bubbles and an Interflora bouquet waiting in the resort room.

(details and bookings to be organised by the prize winner in consultation with MoreFM, at MoreFM’s discretion and according to availability, prize not available during School or Public Holidays and is subject to change).

6.  There are daily prizes of an Interflora bouquet to the value of $50 , these will be delivered to the recipient between Friday 7th May and Monday 10th May 2010 unless specifically requested. The daily prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

7. With regards to the major prize all other costs, including insurance, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Neither the promoter nor their agencies are responsible for any loss, injury, death or misadventure that may occur as a result of taking these prizes. The prize must be taken in 2010. No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as during 2010.

8. The major prize winners will be notified on Friday 7th May 2010.

9. The bonus chocolates will be given to the first 100 orders for delivery for Mothers Day. Order must be placed with Interflora via their website between the 26th April 2010 and 7th May 2010. Chocolates will be sent to the purchasers of the flowers; they cannot be sent to the recipient and will not arrive with the flowers that have been purchased.

10. All entries become property of the promoter.

11. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. By participating, entrants grant permission to use their names, voices and likeness in connection with the Promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
