While we may (with your permission) securely store your customer details, your credit card details are NEVER stored once we have processed your order. DELIVERY – NEW ZEALAND

For Interflora flower deliveries in New Zealand or worldwide make your floral selection in the left hand menu.

The standard delivery of $12.00 Monday to Saturday is added to the total of your order.

Interflora New Zealand will deliver flowers and gifts to almost anywhere in New Zealand.

Same day delivery is available for New Zealand orders placed before 2.00 p.m. weekdays or 11.00 a.m. Saturday, New Zealand time.  Deliveries are not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Deliveries at specific times of the day can be requested but not guaranteed.

Rural deliveries may incur extra delivery charges and if applicable you will be notified before your order is accepted.  Some rural areas of New Zealand, or towns without an Interflora florist, may require up to 48 hours for deliveries.  Rural deliveries cannot be guaranteed on Saturdays.

Please include the name of the deceased in the case of funeral orders.

DELIVERY – OVERSEAS

Choose deliveries in other countries by selecting from the box in the upper left menu.  If the country you wish to send flowers to is not listed, please detail your requirements, including the recipient’s town and country, using the Contact Form and we will email you a quote.

All prices to overseas countries include a uniform standard delivery charge.

New Zealand customers can also contact The Flowerline ™ on 0800 80 88 80 and a customer service person will assist you, or visit your local Interflora florist.

Interflora New Zealand will deliver flowers and gifts to almost anywhere in the world, where fresh flowers are available.  Naturally our delivery service is affected by local conditions.  Delivery is usually available within 24 hours, but occasionally may be longer, depending on time zones and local conditions.

Deliveries to other countries can be made the next business day if you place your order by 3.00 p.m. weekdays, 12.00 noon Saturday, New Zealand time.  Delivery may be possible, but limited on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION

Interflora New Zealand guarantees the freshness, flower quality and value of every Interflora relay order. Each Interflora arrangement delivered by its members is created by a professional Interflora florist.

Delivery will be made on the date requested and every effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred times, but only funeral deliveries can be specific with regard to time.

Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery to the Interflora New Zealand florist who delivered the order. Special delivery conditions apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoria and cemeteries.

REFUND POLICY

If your order is not delivered to your satisfaction then Interflora New Zealand will either arrange a re-delivery of your order to the recipient or provide you with a 100% refund of your order. The refund policy applies to both order deliveries in New Zealand and International deliveries overseas.

QUALITY

Throughout New Zealand seasonal and regional conditions may affect the supply and cost of flowers and foliages. In these circumstances INTERFLORA Members reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions whilst maintaining the value of your order.

CONTAINERS

Where possible the particular container or basket shown will be supplied. Should these not be available alternative containers of a similar value and style will be substituted.

PRICE AND VALUE

ALL PRICES ARE IN NEW ZEALAND DOLLARS (NZ$).

Prices apply in New Zealand and include GST.  The standard delivery of $12.00 Monday to Saturday is added to the total of your order.  The Interflora Service Charge is $12.70 for New Zealand orders and $18.50 for International orders. INTERFLORA customers are advised that prices apply to the floral arrangements and gifts depicted on this INTERFLORA Internet Site and are recommended guidelines only and not obligatory. The floral arrangements displayed represent the middle price. Extra charges for out-of-town delivery, if applicable, will be notified to you before your order is accepted.


 

NEW ZEALAND HAMPERS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

To comply with the Sale of Liquor Act 2012, Wineplus (2014) Limited has a license to sell liquor, granted by the Christchurch City Council.  Wineplus license number is 060/OFF/21/2014 issued on 23rd April 2014.

Customers must be 18 or over and not be intoxicated to make purchases of hampers. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor.

No liquor will be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1 pm on Anzac Day.

Delivery Information

Delivery $10.00 within 2 working days.  $20.00 overnight.  Delivery charges include rural addresses (1-3 days extra.)  Phone numbers essential for all gift boxes.  Rural deliveries must include as many details as possible.

Orders must be placed before 2.00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

Interflora has contracted with Wineplus (Ignis Limited) to pack and supply our range of gift boxes under the following terms and conditions.  Wineplus have undertaken to carefully pack each gift box and Wineplus only use reputable couriers.  If a gift box arrives in a damaged condition, they will gladly refund your money, or replace it. The choice is yours. If you wish to return goods, please return them in their original packaging and let us know why you are returning it.

All sales are made under full compliance with the laws of New Zealand, including:

Substitutions

In the event of a product not being available Wineplus will replace it with another of similar or greater value.

Cancellations

It is very difficult to retrieve a gift box once it has been dispatched from our premises. As a result, Wineplus are unable to allow cancellations, and therefore refunds, once a gift box has been dispatched.

Wineplus are however, able to cancel an order and provide a refund if the gift box has not yet been dispatched.
