2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand only. Employees & their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Entries must be registered via the “Send The Love” promotion page at www.interflora.co.nz to be eligible.

3. One entry only per person. No responsibility is accepted for lost or misdirected mail or email entries. Any entry not complying with these terms & conditions is invalid.

4. The promotion commences Wednesday 1st February 2012. Entries close at midnight on Sunday 12th February 2012. Winners will be drawn on Monday 13th February. The draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. There are 10 prizes being given away. Each prize is for one dozen red roses to be delivered on 14th February 2012. Delivery is within New Zealand only.

6.  The prizes will be delivered to the person specified on entry form on Tuesday 14th February. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.

7. The Promoter is Interflora Pacific Unit Limited.
