Covid-19 latest information for Interflora.

New Zealand is now in Level 1 on our COVID-19 alert status. Under this status Interflora is open again for deliveries or pre-arranged pick-ups of your flower orders in New Zealand. Delivery of your orders is also available to most International destinations with the florists in those countries adhering to the local guidelines.

Our Headquarters team are working remotely to process your orders and answer your questions. Our member florists, under the rules for retail businesses, must have a safety plan in place to be able to operate. 

The flower growers and markets are confident of having a good supply of fresh flowers available to our florists, however there may be some flower types unavailable and the florists may have to make substitutions to be able to deliver your order. We appreciate your understanding at this time.

Some international destinations are experiencing restrictions due to their own lockdown requirements. This is changing frequently as countries are announcing changes to the measures they are taking.

Please note that in many other countries, florists are also being required to leave the flowers on the recipient’s doorstep and knock on the door or phone but not personally hand over the flowers.

Deliveries to Rest homes, Hospitals and Schools are also not possible in some countries.

Same Day Flower Delivery

Interflora’s network of florists offer same day flower delivery throughout New Zealand and offer delivery within 24 hours internationally.

All of your orders are delivered by local florists to ensure the freshest possible flowers are received.

For Delivery in New Zealand

Please order before 2pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturday for same day delivery to most areasNote that same day flower delivery is not available on Sunday or public holidays. 

Delivery to rural areas may take two full days and may not be possible on Saturdays. If there are any extra costs for delivery, we will contact you while processing the order.

From the delivery address you have entered, the website determines the next available delivery date for that area. Please choose the delivery date using the popup calendar. The Interflora Headquarter team are working remotely to keep the flow of flower orders running where possible. 

Some international destinations are experiencing restrictions with overseas deliveries to countries that are being affected by the outbreak. This is changing daily as countries are announcing new government shutdowns.

Please note that in some countries, florists are being required to leave the flowers on the recipient’s doorstep and knock on the door or phone but not personally hand over the flowers.

Delivery is usually available in 24 hours, but varies depending on location.

Delivery for the next business day can be made by placing orders by 3pm weekdays, 12noon Saturday, New Zealand time. To order flowers internationally, please see our list of countries available and select flower delivery to the applicable country.

Note that delivery may be limited on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and make take two full days depending on location.

If delivery is not possible to the location chosen we will contact you as soon as possible.(country dependent)


Rural Deliveries

Delivery to rural areas may take two full days and may not be possible on Saturdays. If there are any extra costs for delivery, we will contact you while processing the order. We take personal care of all orders we receive. From the delivery address you have entered, the website determines the next available delivery date for that area. Hospital Deliveries

Delivery restrictions may apply. Some hospitals do not allow the delivery of flowers or have restrictions about which wards flowers are allowed in. We will contact you as soon as possible if your delivery can't be made or you can contact us in advance of placing your order to check. We also recommend choosing an item that is in a container or a water filled box .

Please call The Flowerline on 0800 80 88 80 (in New Zealand only) within business hours (8am-5pm Monday to Friday, 9am-12pm Saturday, NZ time) and we will be able to advise you on delivery time.
