All sales are made in full accordance with New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act, the Commerce Act, the Sale of Goods Act, and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Product Substitutions

If a product becomes unavailable, Paddock to Pantry may replace it with another item of similar or greater value. This ensures your order is delivered on time and meets our quality standards.

Substitutions

In the event of a product not being available Paddock to Pantry will replace it with another of similar or greater value.

Sale of liquor

To comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, Kennerley Gourmet Grocery Limited is authorised to sell liquor under Off Licence 007/OFF/3216/2023, issued by the Auckland District Licensing Committee and valid until 13 September 2026.

Customers must be 18 years or older and not intoxicated when purchasing gift boxes that include alcohol. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18, and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age to complete an alcohol purchase.

No liquor will be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1 pm on Anzac Day.
