To comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, Kennerley Gourmet Grocery Limited (the licensee) has a license to sell liquor, granted by the Auckland District Licensing Committee. License number is 007/OFF/3337/2019 issued 13 September 2019. Customers must be 18 or over and not be intoxicated to make purchases of gift boxes. It is illegal to purchase alcohol when under the age of 18 and it is also illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. No liquor will be sold or delivered on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day or before 1 pm on Anzac Day.
