For Mother’s Day weekend, we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred delivery date. For orders requested for Mother’s Day, Sunday 10 May 2026, we will make every effort to deliver on that day. However, due to the high volume of orders across Mother’s Day weekend, we reserve the right to deliver orders requested for Sunday 10 May anytime between Friday 8 May and Sunday 10 May 2026 to help ensure they arrive in time for Mother’s Day.
During this peak period, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times or provide delivery updates. Requests to update card messages, product items, delivery addresses, or to cancel an order must be received no later than 48 hours before the requested delivery date. After this time, changes may not be possible.
Interflora’s network of local florists offers same day flower delivery throughout New Zealand, helping ensure flowers arrive fresh and beautifully presented.
For delivery within New Zealand, please order before 2pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturday for same day delivery to most areas. Same day delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If your order is for the morning of an event, we recommend selecting delivery for the day before.
Delivery to rural areas may take up to two full days and may not be available on Saturdays. If any additional delivery charges apply, we will contact you while processing your order.
The website will determine the next available delivery date based on the delivery address entered at checkout. Please use the calendar provided to select from the dates available.
International Delivery
International delivery is usually available within 24 hours, although this varies depending on location. Orders for next business day delivery can be placed before 3pm on weekdays and 12 noon on Saturday, New Zealand time. Delivery availability may be limited on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, and in some locations may take up to two full days.
If delivery is not possible to the location selected, we will contact you as soon as possible. For international delivery, customers should select the destination country first and choose from the products available for that market.
Hospital delivery restrictions may apply. Some hospitals do not allow flowers, or only allow them in selected wards. If your order cannot be delivered, we will contact you as soon as possible. We recommend choosing an arrangement in a container or water-filled box where possible.
