Rapid Delivery is available Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm (local NZ time) in specific locations.
We aim to deliver all orders within 90 minutes of confirmation.
While we make every effort to meet this commitment, circumstances outside our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic delays, accidents, product availability, or third-party courier issues) may cause delays.

Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order within 20 minutes of placing it.
Once a delivery driver has been assigned, cancellations are not possible, and the order will be processed as normal.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed back to the original payment method.
Delivery Area
Our rapid delivery service is only available within specified areas. Orders placed outside of this coverage area may be refused or subject to longer delivery times.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact information.
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, we will attempt to contact the customer or leave the flowers in a safe place. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned, and additional charges may apply.
Product Availability & Substitutions
In rare cases, certain products may be unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.
Liability & Limitations
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside of our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, including missed occasions or lost opportunities, resulting from delayed delivery.
Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.
Refunds & Returns
Orders delivered as requested are non-refundable, except as required by consumer law.
If products are damaged or incorrect on arrival, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
