Rapid Delivery Terms & Conditions

When timing matters most

Some moments simply cannot wait. Whether it is a last-minute gesture, an unexpected occasion, or something you have been meaning to say, our Rapid Delivery service is designed to help you send flowers when timing matters most.

Available in selected locations across New Zealand, Rapid Delivery allows eligible bouquets to be delivered in under 90 minutes, handcrafted by a local Interflora florist and delivered with care.

What is Rapid Delivery?

Rapid Delivery is a same-day express service available on selected bouquets and delivery addresses. When eligible, your order will be prioritised and delivered as quickly as possible, often within 90 minutes of confirmation.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Between 9am and 4pm
  • In selected towns and cities

Availability is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address.

Availability may vary depending on the specific delivery address and florist capacity at the time of ordering.

What to keep in mind

While we aim to meet rapid delivery timeframes wherever possible, a few factors can affect timing:

  • Traffic and weather conditions
  • Distance from the nearest available florist
  • Access to the delivery location
  • Peak periods or high order volumes

In some cases, delivery may extend beyond 90 minutes, but your order will always be prioritised and delivered as quickly as possible.

Product availability and substitutions

Due to the speed of Rapid Delivery, some flowers or specific varieties may not always be available.

  • Maintain the overall style and colour palette
  • Ensure equal or greater value
  • Create a bouquet that reflects the intention of your order

All substitutions are made in line with our Quality Promise.

When Rapid Delivery may not be available
  • Rural or remote delivery addresses
  • Outside of service hours, 9am to 4pm weekdays
  • During peak floral events where capacity is limited
  • Where florist availability is temporarily restricted

If Rapid Delivery is not available, standard same-day delivery options will still be offered where possible.

Changes and cancellations

Due to the immediate nature of Rapid Delivery, changes or cancellations are often not possible once the order has been confirmed and is in progress.
