Same‑day flower delivery is available to most suburbs in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and other main New Zealand centres when you order online before the daily cut‑off time. Once you enter the delivery address, the calendar will show you which dates and same‑day options are available for that location.

Why can’t I select a flower delivery date when I order online? arrow-icon

If you can’t choose a delivery date for your flowers, it usually means same‑day or next‑day flower delivery is not available to that address on that day (for example, rural areas, Sundays or public holidays). Check you’ve entered the full delivery address, then select from the available dates shown for that suburb or town. Ensure you select the address from the drop-down address finder. When sending a Gift Box you will need to allow a few days' for delivery.

First, check that you’re in the right section of our website. If you’re trying to send flowers overseas, head to our International page and select the destination country first: www.interflora.co.nz/international. If you're sending to a business address like a hospital, try using a different street number or variation of the address. Make sure the company name is entered in the designated field – this helps our florists know exactly where to go. If the area can’t be delivered to, you’ll see a message saying we’re unable to deliver to that city.

Where do I write my card message for my flower order? arrow-icon

After you’ve entered the delivery details for your flower delivery, continue to the order summary page, you’ll see a box labeled “Message Card.” You can choose a pre-written message or type your personal message there so your florist in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch or your chosen town can print or handwrite it to go with the flowers.. Don’t forget to sign your name so the recipient knows who the flowers are from!

For funeral and bereavement flowers, in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and other New Zealand regions, it helps to include the name of the deceased, the funeral home or service venue, the date and time of the service, and any preferred colours or style. Contact phone numbers for flower deliveries are required for both New Zealand flower delivery and International flower delivery.
