      1. Delivery for Mother's Day, Sunday 10 May will be made throughout the day with no guarantee of delivery time (tracking not available).
      2. Due to high demand, deliveries may be made between Friday 8 May and Sunday 10 May of Mother's Day weekend.
      3. If you place an order before 2pm, Monday - Friday and 11am on Saturday, our florist will deliver your order almost anywhere on that day (gifts & plants excluded).
      4. Rapid delivery (in under 90 minutes) is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm on selected products and in eligible areas. Rapid delivery is $25.
      5. Standard delivery is $15. Additional delivery charges apply to some areas.
      6. Incorrect delivery details may require an additional fee for re-delivery.
      7. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, deliveries are made throughout the day.
      8. Due to seasonal conditions and availability, substitutions may be made with flowers or products of a similar type and value.
      9. Some blooms may be delivered in bud for longevity.
      10. Gift Boxes including alcohol can only be sold to people 18 years or older.
      11. All orders include a service fee of $14.
      12. You will be charged in the currency you have chosen to display.
