All gift box sales are made in full accordance with New Zealand law, including:
Interflora partners with accredited suppliers who meet all legal obligations relating to the sale of goods, food safety, alcohol licensing and consumer rights.
Product Substitutions
While we always aim to supply the exact items pictured, product availability can vary, especially during peak seasons. If an item becomes unavailable, our suppliers may substitute it with another product of similar or greater value to ensure your gift box is delivered on time and maintains our quality standards.
Sale of liquor
Some gift boxes may include alcohol. To comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, Interflora partners with licensed vendors to supply and deliver alcoholic products. Alcohol can only be purchased and received under the following conditions:
