Legal Compliance

All gift box sales are made in full accordance with New Zealand law, including:

Commerce Act
Sale of Goods Act
Consumer Guarantees Act

Interflora partners with accredited suppliers who meet all legal obligations relating to the sale of goods, food safety, alcohol licensing and consumer rights.

Product Substitutions

While we always aim to supply the exact items pictured, product availability can vary, especially during peak seasons. If an item becomes unavailable, our suppliers may substitute it with another product of similar or greater value to ensure your gift box is delivered on time and maintains our quality standards.

Sale of liquor

Some gift boxes may include alcohol. To comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, Interflora partners with licensed vendors to supply and deliver alcoholic products. Alcohol can only be purchased and received under the following conditions:

Licensed under Kennerley Gourmet Grocery Limited.
Licence number 007/OFF/3337/2019, issued 13 September 2019 by the Auckland District Licensing Committee.

Spoil Me

Licensed under S.J Design Limited.
Licence number 007/OFF/131/2021, issued 2 February 2018 by the Auckland District Licensing Committee.

Age Verification Requirements

Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase gift boxes containing alcohol.
Proof of age may be required at checkout or upon delivery.
Alcohol cannot be left unattended if the recipient is under 18 or if age cannot be verified.
