  1. Interflora New Zealand Terms and Conditions

    Interflora New Zealand proudly delivers fresh flowers, gifts, and floral arrangements across New Zealand and internationally. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply to all Interflora NZ orders.

  2. Peak Periods

    During peak occasions-such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day-deliveries may be made earlier than the requested date to ensure that your flowers arrive on time.

  3. Mother's Day 2026

    For Mother's Day deliveries on Sunday, 10 May 2026, we will make every effort to deliver on the day. However, due to the high volume of orders, we reserve the right to deliver anytime between Friday 8 May and Sunday 10 May 2026 to ensure timely arrival.


    Orders booked for other dates will be delivered on the requested delivery date, subject to location availability. Please note that weekend delivery is not available in all areas.


    During the Mother's Day peak period, specific delivery times or status updates cannot be guaranteed due to processing volume.

  4. Order Updates and Changes

    Requests to update card messages, delivery details, product items, or to cancel an order must be received no later than 48 hours before the requested delivery date. After this timeframe, changes may not be possible.

  5. Substitutions

    Occasionally, substitutions are necessary because of seasonal availability, regional supply differences, or limited stock.

    All photos on the Interflora website represent the style and overall look of our floral arrangements. Where substitutions are required, your local Interflora florist will use products of equal value and quality, maintaining the colour, shape, and presentation of the original design.

  6. Delivery Details

    Please ensure the recipient's name, address, and contact details are accurate. Incorrect delivery details may require an additional fee before re-delivery.

    Interflora cannot accept responsibility for delays or complaints resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided with an order.

  7. Delivery Information

    • Delivery Fee (NZ orders): A standard delivery fee of $15.00 applies to all New Zealand orders.
    • Same Day Delivery: Available Monday-Friday for orders placed before 2:00pm, and Saturdays before 11:00am (NZ time).
    • Sunday Delivery: Not available, except for Mother's Day.
    • Track & Trace: Not offered.
  8. Rural Deliveries

    Additional delivery charges may apply for rural addresses. These will appear during checkout. Rural deliveries may take up to 48 hours and cannot be guaranteed on Saturdays.

  9. International Deliveries

    International orders include a standard delivery charge of $20.00 and require confirmation from Interflora's overseas partners. If extra charges apply, we will contact you for approval before processing.

  10. Non-Delivery Areas

    Interflora strives to deliver throughout New Zealand; however, some remote areas are not serviceable. If we cannot deliver to your recipient's address, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.

  11. Requested Delivery Times

    Preferred delivery times can be added in the "special instructions" at checkout, but cannot be guaranteed.

  12. Security

    Interflora New Zealand uses a secure server to protect customer information during checkout. With your permission, we may securely store your details for future orders, but credit card details are never stored after processing.

  13. Service Fees

    • New Zealand orders: $14.00 (includes GST)
    • International orders: $20.00 (GST zero-rated)

    Every Interflora arrangement is handcrafted by a professional florist using the freshest flowers available.


    If you are not completely satisfied with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at orders@interflora.co.nz.


    If your order does not meet the Interflora standards of quality and freshness, we may provide a replacement, credit, or full refund.

  15. Interflora Florist Network in New Zealand

    Interflora has member florists throughout New Zealand, including main centres, towns, and rural areas.

    Below are some of the regions where our trusted florists operate:


    Upper North Island: Auckland, Whangarei, Waiheke Island, Warkworth, Kerikeri, Pukekohe, Kaitaia, and Kaikohe.

    Central North Island: Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Gisborne, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Tokoroa, and Whakatane.

    Lower North Island: Wellington, Palmerston North, Napier, Hastings, Levin, Whanganui, and Masterton.

    Upper South Island: Christchurch, Nelson, Blenheim, Ashburton, Motueka, Rangiora, and Timaru.

    Lower South Island: Dunedin, Invercargill, Queenstown, Cromwell, and Oamaru.


    With Interflora New Zealand, your flowers are locally created and hand-delivered with care, bringing joy to loved ones anywhere in the country.

  16. Competitions and Giveaways

    Interflora Pacific Unit Limited competitions and giveaways are open to New Zealand residents only.

    Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash, and flower deliveries can only be made to addresses within Interflora NZ deliverable areas.
